Terms & Conditions 

The Boring Bits. In order to use any part of my services you must agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms & conditions apply to me and any/all and/or any associated businesses/companies.Lucky Gypsy Fortune/I/we/us/our/I/ourselves, etc are all used interchangeably and refer to the same. 

By authorising payment for, ordering purchasing and/or using, etc., any of the services, goods/items, etc., as advertised on this site and elsewhere, you are confirming your full acceptance and agreement of all the terms & conditions in their entirety. Business Terms and Conditions of this site also include any associated people and businesses to it. 

BOOKING ONLINE 

Booking with me online is safe and secure! All online payments are processed by Paypal. PayPal is a secure internet payment system that accepts all major credit and debit cards. Customers' credit/debit card information is never compromised. I do not ever see the details of your card(s) because it is all handled and processed directly by PayPal, which means you can rest assured that your details are safe and secure! I encourage and want you to feel comfortable using your credit/debit card to pay for services from my website or elsewhere. If you prefer, you can also pay for some of my other services by other methods such as cheque or postal order, but please understand that payment by cheque is slower for services provided via telephone or e-mail as I must wait for funds to clear before I can provide my services. I do recommend payment from my website using your credit/debit card via Paypal to try and keep things as simple as possible. (when alternative payment method is applicable it will be indicated next to the appropriate service.)

Please note: I only accept payment in Great British Pounds Sterling (GBP).Please also note: All cheques must be made payable to: '' and be in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and drawn on a UK bank only. I do not cash USD or other currency cheques. Please DO NOT mail cash. Prices for my services are clearly indicated and there are no hidden extras.

Discount/Offers. These are at the discretion of the seller and availability cannot be guranteed. These may be withdrawn at any time. No cash Alternatives. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. 10% repeat customer discount cannot be used with any other offers/discounts. E and OE. 

TELEPHONE/SKYPE/ZOOM READINGS 

When your payment by credit/debit card for a reading or service is processed and confirmed, I will e-mail you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, to arrange a convenient time for that reading or service. When paying by cheque, I will contact you upon receipt to arrange a reading or other service. The reading or service will need to be arranged on the fourth or from the fourth working day after, as I must wait for clearance of your cheque through the banks. When I call to arrange a time for your reading, please be flexible and have several times available in your diary. When a date and time has been arranged, I will then call you at that specific scheduled time to provide your reading or other service. Remember, you do not pay for the call. If, after making an appointment for me to call for your telephone reading or other service, you are unable to maintain that appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule. If I am not notified to the contrary, and after several attempts to re-appoint a telephone reading, if I am not successful in re-appointing through no fault of my own or lack of client co-operation, or further appointments are not kept, in any of those instances I will cease trying to make contact and no refund will be available. At busy times, please allow for delays.

Please note: Calling clients to provide a telephone reading or other service applies only to standard rate landline numbers and does not apply to mobiles and non-geographic numbers beginning, i.e.,0870, 0845, etc. All calls are recorded. All persons must be 18 or over.

Appointments that cannot be kept that are failed to be rescheduled and missed appointments will still be charged for and are therefore exempt from refunds. After an appointment has been made and If you need to cancel and reschedule it please provide me as much notice as you can to make arrangements. I require at least eight hours notice of cancellation. If there is less than this you will still be charged for the reading. I do not provide refunds of any kind once telephone readings have been completed. Nor are refunds provided just because 'you do not like what does or does not come through' in a reading or what is presented, Sometimes, a reading may not necessarily correspond with what another psychic/spell caster/healer, has told you, and that is something that I am unable to change or account for. Not all messages and information is positive or good news only, or what you would like to hear, so please remember that, particularly in love/relationship matters. Events in life are just not always positive and we have to be realistic in that respect.

Readings are based upon my expertise, time and energy like any other professional consultation service. Psychics and spirits work with the energies of the individual that are being read. Sometimes, a connection cannot be established. Sometimes this can happen and we have to be realistic this sometimes happens and I nor any other psychic can claim to connect with everyone all of the time. It is no-one's fault, it is just the way it is. In the instance of not being able to establish a connection with you within the initial ten minutes into your reading, and upon that being confirmed at that time, a full refund will be made. A refund will not be given after that time, All my psychic services of any nature are personalised, and customised and are therefore bespoke. They cannot be resold as they are tailored and unique to the individual. Because readings and other psychic services offered are of an intangible nature they are exempt from refunds. If you order a reading then change your mind before making an appointment I am happy to provide a full refund in full IF informed within 24 hours of your order.otherwise there will be an administration charge of £5.00 (GBP).If a refund is made due to failure to send the requested information in order to conduct your reading or perform any other service, or it is incomplete, there will be an administration fee charged of 10% of the amount of the payment (GBP) which will be deducted from the refund.

PERSONAL READINGS, CORPORATE EVENTS and PARTIES 

Personal, corporate and party readings can be paid for online using your credit/debit card. Payment can also be made at the time of the reading/service by cheque if supported by a current cheque guarantee card or cash (pounds sterling, GBP only). (payment by cheque must be authorised by us prior to the event and clearance of payment.) Once a Reading or other service has been completed the service will be considered delivered. No more communication will exist between us and you in this context as regards to that completed reading or service.

E-MAIL READINGS/HEALINGS AND ALL OTHER SERVICES

Readings and other services ordered via e-mail will, under normal circumstances, be processed and completed within seven business days unless otherwise stated. Please allow for delays during busy periods. ( Excludes weekends and public holidays.) All persons must be 18 or over.

HEALING SERVICES

All Healing Services can also be paid for online using your credit/debit card. Payment can also be made at the time of treatment by cheque if supported by a current cheque guarantee card or cash (pounds sterling, GBP only). (payment by cheque must be authorised with us prior to healing.) Healing may also be available in your own home in certain situations and if within my vicinity. For further information, please enquire. Healing is complementary and not a substitute for orthodox medical advise. Please refer to a qualified medical doctor for any physical conditions or illness.

MAINTAINING APPOINTMENTS

As I am kept very busy providing my services, and to help us both, if you are unable to keep any appointments made, it would be very much appreciated if you would please let me know as soon as possible. In that event we can arrange to reappoint.

REFUND POLICY 

Upon payment and arrangement for any of my services, I will do my very best to ensure I complete that service. If for any reason I am unable to provide you with that service, under those circumstances, a refund will be issued. As my services are bespoke and personally customised to you, upon receipt of payment and arrangement of any of my services, should you choose not to or cannot proceed, then under those circumstances, I will do my utmost to endeavour to rearrange another convenient time to provide that service or other method. In those circumstances no refunds will be provided. However, under certain circumstances and, if appropriate, and at my discretion, I will issue a credit voucher. (Credit Vouchers valid for six months.) Owing to my non- physical and/or intangible services being bespoke and of a sensitive nature, and unique to the individual or persons, acceptance, provision and usage of any of my services, etc., I am unable to provide refunds under any circumstances other than those instances indicated above and at my discretion.

Certain products or services may be differ from the above description. Please refer to appropriate product, item or service, etc. When applicable, and in any event customer is responsible for any return shipping/packing/insurance costs and safe return of product(s). See individual sections for details. Any variations will be indicated. I do not refund just because you do not like the reading or what came through, or what may or may not come through, or because of cultural, traditional beliefs, expectations, etc. All of my non-physical or intangible services are customised and bespoke - a little like being fitted for a suit to one's unique measurements, style and preferences, which would be unsaleable to anyone else and therefore cannot be sold on or has a true value. And so it is the same with my non-physical or intangible services. No refunds are provided. A physical product will only be refunded if found to be defective. In those instances customer must pay for return via safe packaged and shipping method for inspection. If product is found to be defective a refund will be issued, less packing and shipping costs. If no defects are found an administration fee of 20% will be applied and product returned to customer after receipt of package/shipping costs by customer. No refunds will be given for change of mind. Alternatively, a credit note will be issued upon safe and saleable return of goods, for which customer is responsible for all return costs.

VOUCHER VALIDATION

All vouchers are valid for a period of six months from the date of issue. They are electronically produced and contain a unique code number. They can be redeemed for any of my online, telephone, corporate party or most other services/products. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any offer and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, cheque or monetary or material value of any kind. 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE 

If there are any complaints about any of my services, then they should be notified to me within seven working days of the date of provision of that particular service, otherwise it shall be deemed that everything is satisfactory.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. By authorising payment for, ordering and/or using, etc., any of the services advertised by us on this site and elsewhere, you are confirming your acceptance and agreement of all the terms and conditions. E&OE.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms and conditions, please terminate using this website, do not use any of our services and contact to resolve any of your concerns. Your continued use of this website or use of my services in any form or connection with any of my associated companies or businesses, indicates your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety. You should re-read these terms and conditions every time you visit the website to ensure that you review all the relevant documents each time you use this site. C) Instructions

You agree to follow and abide by all instructions, directions, requests and procedures set out in this website insofar as they apply to you. You understand that a failure to follow all instructions may lead to the information, data and services provided being removed from you and possibly legal action being bought. You are acting as a principal and not as an agent on behalf of a third party. If paying by credit or debit card for a service by us you are the authorised user of such card. At no time in the past have you failed to honour a payment for any Tarot, Tarot related, Psychic, Psychic related or mystical advice service or other service or physical product in the past by charging back to your card issuer a payment made by card for Tarot or any other related related services or products either non-physical or physical I offer. You undertake to use my services for legitimate purposes only. In particular you undertake not to engage in any activity whose sole or primary purpose is to cause damage to or in anyway hinder our business operations or generate or increase a liability on me to any third party. You undertake to use our services for advice/guidance purposes only and understand and accept entirely that we and/or associated businesses or companies shall never be held responsible for any action taken by you or anybody as a result of information given by us or by any associated businesses or companies to you. You accept that we, and associated services of any kind, businesses or companies' services are offered as entertainment only and all data contained in Tarot readings or any readings or services, products whether non physical or physical shall at all times be regarded as a work of fiction and/or for entertainment purposes only. We or associated businesses or companies offers no guarantee to the level of accuracy of this information and it is provided as is. The product/services offered is a reading where I use Tarot cards or similar method or any other method, or any method of a metaphysical nature whatsoever to get the result, you completely understand and accept that whatever method used you will not be offered any form of compensation or refund if you are unhappy with the content of your reading.

This website contains material which includes, but is not limited to, information about us and the information may include details about future intents of and information about my events. The purpose of providing the Information is to help you to find out more about us and our services and to help you get the best out of those services. Any offers can be removed at any time and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless at the sole discretion of the seller.

E1) As a psychic, master spell caster and practitioner of magick, I take every measure possible to ensure your quality of service. Owing to the nature of the services I offer, because they are of a metaphysical, intangible or conceptual kind, I must legally ensure that you have an understanding of and agree to my stated terms.

E2) I want you to have a happy experience whatever service you purchase from me and be completely satisfied. Before you purchase a spell, magick or wish empowerment from me please understand that I am unable to guarantee the outcome or result, this is because once I have cast the spell or invoked the magick, my work is done., as is the same for any other of my services, whether intangible, non physical or physical. It is then up to the user to follow up on the instructions I provide, the result is then dependent on how those instructions are applied, how much desire, determination and perseverance the user possesses and, most importantly, for what purposes the spell is used (i.e., remember, you cannot take someone's will-power away from them). Therefore, I am unable to provide a refund if the desired outcome of the spell or magick does not occur or does not work. I have a very high success rate but in an event that the outcome is not achieved after 90 days I will recast the spell and macgick, or alternatively cast a new spell and magick for a different purpose if requested. I will run a check to find out the reason a spell or magick has not worked. Please be honest with me though, do not say that you have not achieved an outcome if indeed a successful outcome has occurred as it will not bring good fortune in the long run. This is a condition and you must agree to these and all my terms and conditions when purchasing a spell or magick or any other service.

The terms and conditions of this website and the materials contained within it shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes which may arise as a result. You agree that Ahead Websites and us reserve the right to bring an action against you in any country it deems appropriate.

I) Purchase of Goods/Items

A) Seller's Return Policy:

Please note that all goods/items/serivces whether physical or non physical are sold on an AS IS basis but the following is at the discretion of the seller only. Where applicable and indicated goods(s)/Item(s) must be returned within 7 Days of receipt. Upon delivery all goods/items must be carefully inspected for damage and/or faults and if applicable customer must notify seller within 48 hours of delivery of any damage or faults. After this period seller will not accept any liability for any damage or faults whatsoever.

Return Policy Details: Buyers should inspect items carefully upon delivery. Returns must be received by seller within 7 days of receipt. At their discretion, Seller will repair or replace any goods/items found to be faulty by manufacture only. Items may be returned at seller's discretion. For hygiene reasons seller cannot accept returns of certain goods/items of a personal nature or that have been empowered for personal use with metaphysical energies and for personal energies and use, as these are exempt from sellers return policy (please check before purchasing). Before returning any goods/ items as faulty please ensure that the goods/items are indeed genuinely and definitely faulty, because for quality control purposes each item returned will be thoroughly inspected and if found not to be faulty is exempt from a refund and a 20% administration fee will be applied, and goods/items will be rearranged to be returned to customer. Seller does not refund postage, packing and handling costs. Customer is responsible for all postage, packing and handling costs both ways and when these costs are received from customer goods/items will be returned to customer. Seller is not responsible for any costs incurred through selling or refunding. Customer is responsible for ensuring goods/items have adequate shipping insurance when returning and cover the cost, which also applied when goods/items are being reshipped to customer in the vent of no fault/damage being found with goods/items. These Sellers return policies do not apply to goods/items damaged during shipping. If goods/items are completely and grossly misrepresented or described then seller will refund in full (and in this instance postage costs) but are subject to the seller's return policy as stated. Seller does not offer refunds in the event that the customer just changes his/her mind.

B) Postage, Packing & Handling Charges:

Postage, packing & handling charges will be shown as appropriate. Seller (Seller meaning us or any company connected to us) is not responsible for delivery times as these are beyond the control of the seller and provided by the carrier. Under normal circumstances, upon cleared payment, goods/items are usually shipped on the same day or within a 24 hours period except weekends and bank holidays. This can vary so please refer to appropriate product, reading or service, etc for details. Goods/items are usually covered by the Post Office or other carriers basic insurance. Extra insurance is optional if customer requests it. (Customer or buyer means you or anyone connected with dealing with Pro StreetWise Tarot or connected companies.) Seller is not responsible for goods/items damaged or lost in shipping. Seller combines orders to save post & packing and shipping and handling costs. Please note postage & packing includes postage cost, packaging, handling and a small percentage of the overhead costs. Any Questions on p&p please email first. Usually, delivery is sent at standard delivery times, if a faster delivery time is required please contact seller. Seller usually follows up claims for goods/items damaged during shipping that have been dispatched by seller if customer has purchased adequate and appropriate insurance cover. Responsibility for claims is with customer when returning goods/items to seller. Please note when making a claim Royal Mail (and some other shippers) DOES NOT REFUND POSTAGE COSTS and seller is not liable for postage/packing/handling costs. In any event customer is responsible for any return shipping/packing/insurance costs. See individual sections for details. Any variations will be indicated. 

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is of great importance to me. I also understand and appreciate how important it is to you. When you opt to provide me with any information about yourself it will remain that way. Your personal details, etc., will not be divulged to any third party whatsoever, unless specified by yourself. If you decide to join my mailing list then your email address will not be passed onto any third party or company and you will not receive any junk mail or e-mail because of joining my mailing list. To make sure I offer a good quality service, I may monitor and/or record any communication you have with me, whether in writing, by phone or by electronic mail. E-mail is not encrypted to or from either the public or private areas of this website. We suggest that you do not send Personal Information via e-mail. I ask everyone when creating an account if they would like to join his mailing list. This list is used to tell you about his offers, promotions, updates, news, etc. If you have not ticked the consent box you will not be entered to the mailing list. Also, add names and dates of birth of anyone mentioned in your question(s).) Please do not just send your name and date of birth.

*Photographs (When required) If you have booked a healing, a recent photograph is usually required. If a photograph is required it will be specified in the item description. In that event, you can use your mobile phone to take and send or scan and send via your pc. Please ensure file sizes are kept minimal and jpeg format is usually the best to send. The photograph helps me compare the energies I see around you physically with what I see psychically.

I am a busy psychic and it is frustrating chasing up missing or incomplete information.It is important that you send the above information at the time you place your order. Missing or incomplete information can result in your booking being significantly delayed. The onus for sending the requirements for bookings is on the individual, I seldom have chance to chase missing information.

Sometimes I may need to email you before your reading is complete in the event I need to confirm any details. Please reply as soon as you can to avoid any unnecessary delays.

Unless otherwise indicated, all of my readings are in mp3 audio format and recorded live as I read. This makes your reading especially personal. When I complete your reading it will be sent via email as an attachment in mp3 audio format to your specified email address and is simply downloaded the same as any other attachment. Please ensure you have a suitable unit for playback. This method always works on any setup so there are no problems receiving or playing back. I know this from experience.

Details of healings and spells are sent in audio email format to your specified email address after they are performed as indicated in item.

Some services, such as healings and aura readings require a recent photograph. This can be done by sending a photo from your phone, scanning a photo, and is best sent in jpeg format, keeping the file size minimal. In all instances please ensure you have specified a correct email address to use my services and that it will receive large files. Most of them do. If you are uncertain of your providers performance, I would suggest hotmail, gmail, yahoo, aol and similar providers, as they should satisfy requirements.

As an professional and ethical psychic I do not read about death, health or health related issues, legal matters, gambling/investments, missing persons or suspected cheating partners. All ethical psychics should now adhere to these guidelines which are now in place.

Whilst I am a psychic and work with spirit, for reasons of sensitivity and because spirits do not come on demand, I do not offer readings via this platform that are mediumship readings of the type for contacting love ones that have crossed. I provide these type of sittings on a personal face-to-face basis only for those reasons.

Unless otherwise indicated all of my readings require questions. The number of questions that are addressed will be indicated alongside the particular reading. I do not usually conduct general readings because it is rare that people do not want specific information and most have questions. The psychic and spiritual realm is a very big place. When I open up to the psychic and spiritual realms I am bombarded with all kinds of information. As there is no time over there I am cannot always where I am in that respect and consequently what information I see is relevant or pertinent, or unimportant, it is not possible to sift through it all to determine what is important or not as there is so much there. If specific information is required then because of those reasons it may be overlooked or not enough detail given, so if specific information is required it is always best to have questions. You will get the most from the reading. Remember, a general reading IS a general reading. and will be precisely that. 

Sorry, I am unable to answer follow-up questions after I complete a reading session. Readings are conducted as described above. As I read and due to to the flow of information that comes through, I have to work at the pace of spirit and follow their lead as messages come through in many different ways and this does not leave me time to make a conscious memory of the reading as I proceed to conduct it, and at the end of the session my recall is limited. Also after your session is complete I close down my channel with spirit. Follow-up questions would entail re-opening the channel with spirit for the reading. 

My readings are based time and energy, and I have to be fair to everyone and because of those reasons I am unable to answer questions after I complete a reading session. the same also applies to healing sessions. I do offer readings appropriate for follow-up questions.

Shipping Times 

I am a full time psychic with a busy schedule. This type of work is all I do. Conducting a reading or performing any other psychic service is not like taking a physical product from a shelf, packing and shipping it; my services take time and energy to perform and I do not rush them. Readings, healings and other services can take up to seven days to complete from the time I receive full information (excludes weekends and public holidays). Please also allow for overseas time differences which may affect completion, as I am in UK. Depending on my work schedule, in certain instances I may be able to complete your booking sooner, but this is the exception and not the rule and you should allow for the times stated to receive your order. If there are any differences to the above completion times, it will be specified alongside that particular item. Time zones and holiday periods for most countries can be found on Google.

All of my readings and services are available worldwide with free shipping unless otherwise indicated. 

What to do if you have not received your order

Please check the specified time frame for delivery of your order. If it is a physical product, check with your post office, sometimes things get mislaid. If it has been lost in transit contact me and I will do my utmost to resolve the situation and where necessary replace an item. If your order is to be received digitally (such as a reading in mp3 audio format or healing sent in written email format), firstly check your spam/junk email folders as sometimes emails/attachments are filtered into them. Also, check that you have provided the specified information for your particular order and that it is complete. If not please do so straight away. If you have checked everything else please do not get anxious, just simply contact me and I will do my utmost to resolve any issues. Sometimes digital media just gets lost in cyberspace when it is sent for no apparent reason, and it may be as simple as that. I am human, and life's problems come my way, too. I may have a issue with my pc, delayed with my work (which I would advise you whenever possible), feeling unwell or having a personal problem. Issues happen, that's life. Again, do not worry, please contact me and I will look into matters to resolve them. 

Other General Information 

Psychics and mediums do not see things psychically as we see them in the physical world. I receive information from spirit in many different ways; by sight (clairvoyantly), by sound (clairaudiently), by touch/feeling/emotions (clairscentiently), and in other ways. I have to put all of this information together and sometimes reinterpret when I read to communicate in logical terms. Also, there is not time in spirit or the psychic realm and any time that is referenced in a reading can only be taken as a guide and approximation, and not an absolute. I sometimes see events psychically that manifest either sooner or later than they may in the physical world so an awareness of that is necessary. Any predictions that are given in a reading refer to possibilities and potential, and how we respond to those elements and events in our life, and will need the time indicated to fully pass to allow their potential to manifest. Also, bear in mind that some things are just not meant to be. 

A psychic reading or service is not a doctrine to live life by. It is a guide to the likely influences, energies and opportunities that are on your path. You need to be realistic about what can be achieved psychically and what can not, and not be unrealistically expectant to avoid any disappointment. You will then get the most from your chosen service. Psychics are not infallible. We are human just like everyone else. A psychic reading will offer choices and suggestions along the way. A reading is never intended to make decisions for you or to replace free-will - our futures are not carved out in stone or fixed. It is OURSELVES who choose our path in life and make things happen. They will not happen of their own accord, we have to be proactive in that respect. As a psychic I cannot make things happen, decisions, bring things to you or change events on your life path - only you have the ability to do that. I also have no control of what may or may not come through in a reading, nor can I change it. I am merely a vehicle to relay information form my psychic intuition and spirit to those who seek guidance. An open mind is required for any psychic work. If an open mind is not present then it is best not to use psychic services. 

I DO NOT offer refunds under any circumstances once a service has been completed. I also DO NOT offer refunds simply because you do not like your reading or what comes through, or if there is a different outcome to the information. I have no control over that. Also I DO NOT refund if it is claimed reading/service is not received or will not play. I know from experience my method of providing via this method does work. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they provide the correct information, email and equipment.
